Welcome to Blue Water Townhouse this 2 bedroom 2 bath home is comfortable for the entire family. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom on the main floor and an additional bathroom with a double vanity on the lower level. There are two living areas, and a full kitchen. Park your vehicle or motorcycles off street on the parking pad or out of the weather in the garage which fits a mid size SUV. This home is located within walking distance to a wonderful river walk and river access. Coming over the 4th of July you will be able to enjoy the fireworks show without leaving the back yard. This property is pet friendly with an additional $50 pet fee. Responsible renter must be 25 years or older. Children welcome. *Disclaimer: This property does not have central AC. At night temperatures drop to the 50s or lower, opening windows at night cools the property down and lets in the fresh air! Registration: STR: C-024-R3-6-O

Clean and convenient place. Nice to have the garage (fits mid-size SUV). It's a duplex but we never heard the neighbors. Our pup also used the fenced backyard. It was a quiet neighborhood that was convenient to downtown.

Everything went smooth ,everything was nice, tv , internet was working good , no a/c but a fan was available ,very quiet neighborhood ,very close to the center of the town, had to send them a message about locking the door,which they answer very quickly . Other than that I have no complaints or issue , for sure will come back , thank you again for the nice stay we had.

This was a great property, as advertised (a little surprised it was a duplex) but even the neighbor was friendly! And had I paid attention to the pictures, I would have seen it. Very spacious everything we needed was there. The property manager is very responsive and helpful. Location was wonderful, loved the back yard, we even had a little buck visit one night, although my dog was not impressed by his visit! Great place, hope to stay there for the next training (we are a group of K-9 Search and Rescue/Recovery handlers) event in the area!

I booked a two night stay for myself and my daughter and this place was just perfect. The house is located just outside of town in a nice neighborhood and close to a river walk. There is a fenced yard which my pups loved and even dog treats in the kitchen! The house was super clean, well organized and fully stocked. There was even laundry detergent (we were so thankful as we had forgotten ours). There is a garage you can park in although we just parked outside. I loved the cozy feel of the house and felt right at home immediately. I have another road trip coming up and hope to stay again. I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else!

This was a wonderful place to stay in Cody, Wyoming. Our dog really enjoyed the fenced backyard. The house was exactly as advertised. I would definitely stay here again.

Property was clean and comfortable, just as advertised, and the price was fair. Communication was great, and the property was within walking distance to downtown and many restaurants. A bonus was a fenced yard for our pup. We had a great time, and would book this property again.
