WYOWest Lodging LLC was created because our family has grown up in the area and love sharing it with others. This family ran company just launched Fall 2022. Working in the vacation rental industry for the last 4 years we decided to fill a need for management in our area. Our goal is to portray Wyoming values to our owners and their properties while showing Western Hospitality to our guests.

What We Do:

• Market your property: Direct Website, OTAs (Airbnb and VRBO), social media, Newsletters and Email Marketing
• Collect and disburse all State and Local Taxes
• Handle local licensing and regulations
• Marketing costs and Processing Fees are absorbed by us
• Manage all bookings and communicate with guests during the booking process
• Customer Service: Available 24/7 to assist with guest care and any emergencies that may arise at a property.
• Manage Guest Reviews
• In house cleaning and laundry
• Stock homes with basics (if we clean): toilet paper, paper towel, hand soap, dish soap, garbage bags, coffee filters, laundry detergent, etc.
• Schedule maintenance and repairs
• Annual Safety Inspections
• Annual Property Inventory
• Provide an owner portal to view property calendar and monthly statements
• Provide monthly checks from occupancy and online statements
